Quality Certificates.

In 1977, we obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate, which assures the accomplishment and control requirements of our Management System.

This Certification enables Rosmil Industrial S.A. to guarantee all quality procedures and efficiency of our service.

Actually, through the quality PREMIE System, we are working in the establishment of the EFQM (Absolute Quality European Model).

Quality Department and Company Policies.

Our main objective: To guarantee our customers the best possible service, provided in a professional manner. All your questions will always be answer by an expert hand, as you required. This guaranty includes the quality of the supplied components and technical support provided by our attendants. As a result, the aim to achieve this purpose has encouraged the Rosmil Team to develop a whole Quality System based on the ISO 9001 Norm.

At Rosmil Industrial, the person in charge of our Quality Department is responsible for the enforcement, control and management of the mentioned Quality System. We encourage all members of our team to follow and apply the procedures as described in such a Norm. Likewise, she/he automatically becomes a Rosmil ambassador every where she/he goes, sharing knowledge and suggestions with our customers.

This whole philosophy gets reduced to five basic principles:

• · To give priority to Prevention, in order to avoid Correction.
• · To continuously update the knowledge of the whole Rosmil Team.
• · The fulfilment of all policies established in our Quality System.

Absolute Quality.

In 1997, after achieving the certification ISO-9001, we realized that our human team had enough skills and strengths to encounter new challenges. As a result, that same year, the Chairman of the company decided to go ahead and enter the world of Absolute Quality, also known as EFQM Model.

As a first step towards achieving our goal, we have implanted the simplified version “PREMIE”. Once we pass our audition, the complete EFQM Model will be established.
